The Best Program for You

Our number one goal is to provide tools for success to individuals with autism spectrum disorders. To do this, we offer the below individual services which you may access any combination of.

Verbal Behavior (ABA) Home Program Creation or Review

This is completed by a Behavior Analyst. If you have an existing home ABA program and feel you need further consultation we can assess your program and make recommendations. If you do not have a home program we may advise that one be created. All home programs are created and updated by BCBAs who are supervised by the executive director, Tracy Palm, MS, BCBA.

Behavior Services Assessment Report/Behavior Support Plan

This is an assessment to determine the maintaining variables associated by the target behaviors to determine appropriate treatment strategies. This type of assessment is typically completed when your child is having problem behaviors that are not effectively being worked on in the home environment. This assessment will include a Behavior Support Plan and Functional Analysis. The Behavior Support Plan outlines treatment protocols that can be used to reduce problematic behaviors.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps an individual learn to adapt. OT helps individuals learn to perform various fine motor tasks such as eating, writing, toileting, etc.

Speech and Language Therapy

Speech-language pathologists, also called SLPs, are experts in communication. SLPs treat many types of communication and swallowing problems. These include problems with speech sounds, language, voice, fluency, as well as feeding and swallowing.

First Responder & Educator Training

Transformations takes pride in offering training to First Responders on how to handle situations involving individuals with ASD. There is also a registry for individuals with ASD so that trained First Responders will treat calls from or involving these individuals with priority.

Transformations is also present within local school systems, to work with individuals while in the classroom. This also includes training for educators so they may be better equipped for handling situations involving individuals with ASD, and help to execute specific behavior plans for specific individuals under their care on a day-to-day basis.
