Employment opportunities at Transformations Autism Treatment Center are based upon the needs and number of clients receiving services at any given time.
To be eligible for employment in one of the positions listed below you must meet the following requirments:
- Behavior Analyst: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or someone who has met all the qualifications for Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and is actively pursuing certification.
- Lead Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician: Must have at least 3 years of experience working in the field, a college degree and/or 20 plus hours in applied behavioral analysis. Must also have completed 40 hrs of RBT certification course work & have passed the RBT certified testing.
- Behavioral Technician: Must have some college credit and experience working with children (preferably dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorders)
- Speech Language Pathologist: Must be a MS or PhD level licensed speech pathologist with experience working with children with special needs.
- Occupational Therapist: Must be a MS or PhD level licensed occupational therapist with experience working with children with special needs.
Transformations has opportunities for internships and practicum students. Training for all positions in the realm of applied behavioral analysis is under the direct supervision of Tracy Palm, MS, BCBA, Executive Director.
